How do I return an item?

In accordance with the Tunisian Consumer Code, the Customer has 10 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return conditions: - Product unopened, unused, in its original packaging - Return at the Customer's expense (unless error by ISN Supply) - Refund within 10 days after receipt and validation of the return
